Who we are

buildwithwaqas.com is run by Munawar Automation ("we", "us"). By using this site, downloading a resource or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Free resources

Guides, checklists, templates and other downloads are free to use in your own projects and for your own clients. You may not resell them, republish them as your own, or share them as a paid product. Linking to the page where somebody can get them is always fine.

The AI Builder's Lab community

• The community is hosted on Skool and membership is paid monthly. Your account, any payments, cancellation and refunds are handled by Skool under Skool's terms.
• Any paid plan inside the community is optional, and its price is shown on Skool before you choose it. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your Skool account.
• On a paid plan, the rate you join at is the rate you keep for as long as it stays active. If you cancel and join again later, the price at that time applies.
• Lessons, files and recordings inside the community are for members. Please do not republish or resell them.
• We may remove anyone who harasses other members, spams, or shares member content outside the community.

Calls and coaching

• The 15 minute call is free. It exists to answer whether the community or coaching is right for you.
• 1:1 coaching is booked by the hour through Calendly. The price, payment method and any rescheduling or cancellation terms are shown on the booking page before you confirm.
• Coaching is guidance on your own project. You stay responsible for your code, your clients, your accounts and your decisions.

No guarantee of results

Everything on this site and in the community is education. Any member stories shown here are real, but they are individual experiences, not typical or promised results. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, find clients, or reach any particular outcome. What you get out of it depends on your own work, skills and circumstances.

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or security advice. For those, speak to a qualified professional.

Third-party tools

The lessons use tools made by other companies, such as Claude Code, n8n and others. Those tools have their own terms, pricing and limits. Any subscription or usage costs for them are yours, and we are not responsible for changes they make.

Our content

The text, videos, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Munawar Automation or are used with permission. Tool names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say which tools are taught.

Using the site properly

Please do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, submit false or automated form entries, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

This site links to Skool, Calendly, YouTube and others. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Limitation of liability

The site and the free resources are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Munawar Automation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of income, data or business, arising from your use of this site, the resources, or the calls. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
